Description A Cameron CCV preset inspired by, but not directly a clone of, bands like Narrow Head, Superheaven, Soul Blind, etc. Stuff that gets big and fuzzy with its high-gain tones.
That's what this does, plus it can chug!
Comes with 5 scenes:
1 - Basic rhythm tone
2 - Ambient clean tone
3 - Rhythm tone without a drive
4 - Rhythm tone with chorus
5 - Rhythm tone with chorus AND reverb and delay
Also features two toggleable drive settings, one for the Boss SD-1, which is more aggressive, and one for the JHS Bluesbreaker clone for something a bit softer and rounder. I especially recommend the latter for scene 5, as it can get a bit bright on some guitars.
There are a lot of tones hidden in this preset. Try switching between pups and the two OD options before tweaking anything in the preset if something doesn't sound how you want it to!
Foot Switches:
1 - Drive Toggle between SD1 and BB
2 - (Tap) Toggle DI filter / (Hold) Toggle Post-EQ
3 - Switch to and from Clean Tone
For best results, tweak the threshold on the "MID" band of the M-Comp so the blue bar only moves when palm muting.
!!BONUS!!
If you happen to have the York Audio ORNG 412 V30 IR pack, replace the IRs in channel B with 57v-CE 2 and 421v-5, as this is what the preset was originally designed for. I've got as close as I can with stock stuff, but the Orange cab pack from York is my go-to for basically everything distorted. It sounds great.
